Returns
We will refund non-personalized items that are returned to us in new, unused condition within 7 days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the return is received at our warehouse. Please email [email protected] for assistance processing a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that had a free shipping promotion, the actual shipping costs to send the order to the customer will be subtracted from the refund due.
